Happy 4th

It is so fun having traditions and on the 4th we have lots.  We love spending the day with our kids and adding family and friends.  This year we seemed to step it up a notch.

Five friends/families went in on the fireworks this year.  Kyle and Pete drove 2 hours to pick them up in Wyoming with a few helpers.  (Ryder, Camrie and Dayton).

As always to start our fun day and stay cool from the heat we go see a movie.  This year the boys went to Captain America 2, and the girls went to see Rio 2.  Kyle got the better end of this deal because Taryn was terrible the whole movie.  Thank goodness Jody was there to help with Jaren.

We had lots of friends over for a BBQ and a good show.

Kyle put on a great hour show for all of us and anyone in the neighborhood.  He burnt his hands and put several holes in his shirt but it was great and exhausting.
