New Years

We spent New Year's Eve down in Provo with Nana and Papa.  It was a relaxing day filled with tons of food, watching sports, and doing puzzles.
Nana bought fun hats and toys to bring in the new year and boy were they loud! We were so happy to have Gracie party with us.
Who would have guessed that all 4 of our kids would make it to midnight.  Jaren was sleeping but woke up for just before midnight.
Parting with Nana and Papa.
Ready to go back to bed.  He really could not figure out what was going on.
New Year's day we headed up to my brothers cabin for some sledding and tubing.  Yep, it was -4 in Heber, Utah that day.
Staying warm by the fire.  This is pretty much where I hung out the whole day.
Ready to ride.
Waiting for the dads to get everything going.
All bundled up. Under all those snow closes are Camrie, Taryn and Dayton.
Camrie and Gracie ready to be pulled by the 4 wheeler.
And they are off.
These are the pictures I took from inside the cabin because it was so nice and warm.  I did not brave the cold. Jaren and I stayed inside and played with Papa and Nana.
After a full day in the snow we headed back to Provo to hang out and play games with more family. .

Christmsa Break

We had a good amount of snow during Christmas. So we took advantage of all our new snow stuff and went sledding.
It was so cold so I sat in the car with Jaren.  This is how happy he was about.
Kyle is so great to get out there with the kids and make it fun.
There were a few wipe-outs.
But most the time they flew down the hill.
Some friends invited the kids to go indoor swimming.  They had a blast.
Dayton with some friends.
The girls.
A little lazy river.
And of course we had to do the big slide.
I pretty much missed every one of them come down the slide.
Our nice friend took Taryn down for me because she was too small to go by herself.
Time for Pizza Pie Cafe. Taryn, Josie, and Camrie.
Kids can't take a normal picture, but it was so much fun.   Dayton with Koen and a firend.

Christmas Is Here

Christmas Eve.
Donuts for breakfast, then we went out for some sledding. We had a nice turkey dinner with some friends and then played games, but forgot to take some pictures.
The kids wanted to open one present on Christmas Eve and but they already opened their pjs from their grandparents, so we choose a different one.
This year we surprised the kids with season passes to Lagoon. This was Grandpa Bills gift to the family.  We have never been and are so excited to try it out.
The wish bone from the turkey.
Getting ready for Santa to come. Camrie wrote the note.
A few stories before bed.
Opening gifts from Santa first.
New neon sweatshirt from Grandma Jody.
Beautiful princess fans for the girls.
This girl loves play-dough.  She plays with it for hours.
Thanks to my Mom, Kyle got a much needed new Yankee blanket.  She made it while I watched.
New basketball shoes from Grandma Jody.
Dayton saw us making the blanket and wanted one so bad, Nana had to make him one too.
Camrie is hoping there is one more present with her name on it.
And just like that it is over.
All that is left is all that time wrapping all over the floor. But it was worth every minute.
Time to play.
The girls love their soft sand.  It's like sand, but not.
Just hanging out.
Cooking up some dinner.
Game time.
Movie time.
