Jared & Katie Visit

For spring break this year Jared and Katie came to visit us. We were so excited for them to come and finally meet Katie. We filled every day with something fun and showed them all the fun things to do in Utah.

We went to the movies.

On a hike.

It turned out to be harder then we thought.

But we made it to the top to see the waterfalls and have a picnic lunch.

Then we went into Salt Lake to show them the city.

And ate and played in the food court.

This was the kids favorite part.

Not pictured are the walks to the park, Slurpee's, dinner and shopping in Park City, and going to a Jazz basketball game.  We had so much fun, we can't wait till they visit again.

Jared and Katie were so sweet they even left Easter eggs for the kids to find after they left.

Mr. Baseball

This kid has been playing baseball all winter practicing in an indoor facility and now he is ready to play some games. 

And it is a good thing because he has double headers every Tuesday and Saturday with practice in between and tournaments on top of that.

The first big tournament was in St George Utah. Dayton is having a big breakfast at Kneeders before the first game.

Here is the team after a walk off 5-4 win.  Dayton started the rally with one out single.

Made a quick stop at the Gorge in between St George and Mesquite.

Buffalo Wild Wings after a long couple of days of Baseball. Got to catch up on some NCAA march madness.  Our brackets were thrown away with celery and carrots that came with the wings.

 Some much need pool time after playing 4 games.

This is from a Tuesday night game.  You can't tell but the boys loved it because they got to play under the lights like the pro's!

Daddy Daughter Date

All dressed up and ready to go on their date with Dad.  Kyle took the girls to Disney On Ice.

They had their princess dresses picked out and added a little make-up and lip gloss. Kyle got the girls princess crowns for the special night.

They went to dinner before the show at Chipotle.

Ready for the show to start.

A few snacks while they watched.

Cotton candy and Icee's.

And don't forget the ice cream.

They were mesmerized.  It was a great show!
