Jaren T-Ball

Jaren started his first year of T-ball. He was proud to be the tallest on his team and had many awesome hits. His best hit was over the left fielders head, he was very proud of that. Every kid hit and then they would switch for the other team to hit. Jaren loved to hit last so he could run around all the bases like he had just hit a home-run.

It was also a first for Dayton who got a job with the city rec center. He helped at the t-ball games and  got to umpire a few of the older kid games. One game he umped Jaren's game so we got to watch both boys in action.

Jaren's 5th Birthday

Jaren's birthday is always fun because it is always around Memorial Day and the kick off to summer. So we get to celebrate even more then normal. This year we spent the night at a hotel, went swimming, had a BBQ with cake and presents.
The pool was making me a nervous wreck with Ryder, so we went to plan B. I filled the tub in our room with water, toys and bubbles and let him splash and play for as long as he wanted. It was a win for us both.
We let Jaren get one gift early so he could ride with the big kids, and the Kings always bring fun gifts.
Birthday breakfast, candy poster, trip to the dentist, lunch with Dad, cake and presents.

Because Jaren has a summer birthday he got to celebrate early at school.

Celebrating and gifts from Papa and Nana. All the boys got matching outfits.

Last Days of School

May has been Crazy busy...
Camrie at her 5th grade wax museum and she was next to a few friends. Too bad they are not allowed to talk.
This guy is ready for pre-school graduation and end of the year party. They sang some songs and took lots of pictures and then it was time to play.
Then is was on to Dayton's school. It was a little long and suckers were what got us through.

Then it was field day. Games, snacks, hair coloring, candy, and tons of fun. It had to be moved inside because of rain, but it was still a fun day.

Both girls had Mrs. Roskelley for 2nd grade. She is one of their favorite teachers and is moving to another school, so we had to get a picture.
