Happy 1st Birthday Jaren!

This little guy had his first birthday.  He had no idea it was his birthday, but he loved the balloons in his crib because he could play with them without them scooting away.
Jaren is a great 4th child.  He is super chill as long as he is with everyone else.  He does not like to be left out and loves to eat.  He is a great sleeper and loves Mickey Mouse.  He can say Dada, Mama, baba (bottle) and waves bye-bye when he feels like it.  He is quick to smile and hit you in the face. He gets super excited any time he sees someone from his family.  He no longer one arm army crawls, but just crawls normal, and is walking along the furniture a little.  He can crawl up the stairs and his most favorite thing is his snuggles (blanket).
The kids were so excited for Jarens birthday. They wanted to do something special like go to Lagoon or Disneyland.  They didn't care that he was too little to enjoy it.  It sounded fun to them.
So we went to Chuck E Cheese for some rides.
Everybody had fun and everybody got a prize.
One of Jarens gifts was this swing.  He loves to be in it, but only if the other kids are there too.  He loves to be with the kids.
Balloons and candy, what more could you want.
Presents!
Jaren had lots of helpers opening his presents.
Toys, clothes, more toys, and the best part was the paper.

It is suppose to be a baseball in a glove.
Jaren got the baseball and we ate the cupcakes.
He was not sure at first...
But then he dove in.
YUM! Best first birthday cake eater ever.

Easter Time

The Sunday before Easter we had a Decker Easter party.  It was so fun to get together, visit, eat, and let the kids play and find eggs.
A few a are missing, but most the grand kids waiting for the egg hunt.
Finding eggs.
Best buds Dayton and Kaden.
Camrie found all hers.
Babies playing in the shade.
Davis, Kylie, Jaren, and Avery.
Poor Taryn fell asleep for some of the party and missed the egg hunt, so we had one for her a little later.
She didn't care she just wanted the candy.
She made sure she found all her eggs.
Easter morning.  Waiting to see if the Easter Bunny came.
Jaren was not thrilled we woke him up but liked playing with the eggs.
New clothes.
New toys.
New shoes.
On to finding the eggs.  This year they were all over the house.
But the kids looked and looked until they found them all! Happy Easter!
