We surprised the kids by taking them on a little stay-cation to Park City. They got to miss school and we found a great hotel with a pool and hot tub. We had no plans, we just wanted to swim, relax and play.
On our way to the hotel. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. Turns out it was a pool with a roof, so not quite as inside as we were hoping for. The pool was heated, but the air was very cold. But nothing was going to stop us from swimming.
We did however spend lots of time in the big hot tub.
Jaren was not a fan of the pool, but loved the hot tub. It was so steamy most our pictures did not turn out.
There were all kinds of fun random games, rides and things to play with.
Dayton was such a good brother to take Jaren.
We played in the corn maze for a good hour. Dayton would run around and tell us which way to go.
Jaren kept trying to eat the corn.
It didn't take much to get her up and playing.
A big jumping bubble.
Action shot of Dayton.
Taryn was a little reluctant to take this picture. She was careful to not get too close.
This became a family favorite. Kyle brought Jaren here while I took the other kids to play on a bunch of things. We met up with them and everybody played in the "corn beach" for a while.
More games.
Pumpkins.
