I can't really say we were excited, but we were happy that Chase's headstone was finally in. We are so happy with how it turned out, and we have a special place to visit him. The vases were a little discolored so we have to wait for a couple months until the new one's can be glued on.
He is buried next to our friends daughter. She passed away about a year and a half before Chase. She was a sweet beautiful girl and we love having someone we know next to Chase.
The next day we took the kids to go see Chase and the new headstone.
We visited with Chase and took him some Halloween decorations.
We got a pumpkin for each kid to leave with Chase. They wrote a little note on it for him telling him how much we miss him.
