Library Trip

Sadly the warmth of last week did not last and all this week has been cold with a mix of rain and snow. It has been so cold and nasty outside that we had to find some fun somewhere else, so we took a trip to the library with some friends. They gather all the kids in a group for some songs, stories, and then there are bubbles followed by a craft. After that they have sections of toys, books, and puzzles for the kids to play with. The kids had a wonderful time and had to be all but dragged out when it was time to leave.

I am not sure who had more fun. I took the kids so Dayton could get out and play, but Camrie helped herself to everything she could get her hands on.

Dayton hard at work making another something for the fridge. He was so excited that the glue was little, (he loves when things are little, he thinks they are made just for him), and that he was alowed to use it all by himself, his mom never lets him do that at home.

Here the kids are looking at the fish. But we could not stay there long because all the wanted to do was hit the glass trying to get the fish's to come out, and Dayton kept putting his hands in the water.

And here we are at the lego table with some other kids we don't know just playing. We were at this table a lot. They would play here, go somewhere else then come back.

They do this every Wednesday and I think we will have to go back. But maybe next time we will skip the story and go straight to the toys.
