What we've been up to...

It is finally summer so we have tried to have some fun. We have had a ton of rain for Utah so the kids have been inside a lot more then they would like, so on the sunny days we find ourselves outside a lot. Dayton's favorite pass time is anything with friends and Camrie seems to be following in his footsteps. This is just a little of what we have been up to the past couple of weeks.
Meeting some friends for a show for the kids, this was just a little pool the kids had their feet in until the fountain came on and scared them all to screams. It was really funny.

While we were waiting in line the kids played on these huge trains.

They loved it because they could climb all over them and not get in trouble

Dayton was invited to a friends birthday party and it was a pirate theme. They provided costumes and the kids looked so cute

I found the kids on the couch the other day sitting together just watching TV. I wish I could say they do this all the time, but usually Camrie is just trying to annoy Dayton for his attention.

We had a surprise visit last week from my sister Kim who just stopped by on her way home to hang out for a few hours and let the kids play. It was so fun we went on a walk and played with toys and then had Popsicles. The kids were so excited to see each other and Kim and I had just as much fun.

Our new favorite family tradition is to make milkshakes. The kids love to help Kyle make the shakes and taste test in the process. Kyle makes great chocolate shakes that we all love with popcorn and a movie.

Today we went to a friends house for lunch and some water fun. The kids played in the little pools and sprinkler for 3 hours eating here and there while us moms sat in the sun and talked. It was a party for us all!

Dayton's favorite run, jump, slide, and splash

Camrie hanging in the pool. I could not get a good picture because the sun always seemed to be in her eyes, and in this picture I am pretty sure she has sunscreen in her eyes, but you would not know it because nothing was slowing her down. She played the whole 3 hours with all the other kids.

Dayton just chillin in the pool with his friends.
